In order to fully implement the work requirements of the "six stabilities and six guarantees" of the CPC Central Committee and the general secretary Xi Jinping's directive spirit of "early employment" for college graduates, and to promote the full employment of university graduates, Henan province Recruit Talent Innovation and Development Conference 2020  was opened in Zhengzhou on October 24. The Software College actively organized the 2021 graduates to take part in the job fair.

At 13:00 p.m., under the leadership of teacher Wang Bing, the participants lined up in an orderly way, and after the temperature measurement, they got on the bus to the job fair. On the way, the students all worn masks throughout the journey, kept a safe social distance, and arrive at Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center at about 13:30.

The scene of the job fair was full of people and the atmosphere was lively and harmonious. The 2021 graduates of our college held their resumes and carefully checked the recruitment units and positions. When they met the right employers, they take the initiative to communicate with them and asked about the most concerned issues such as job requirements, work location, development prospects, salary and benefits. At 16:50 p.m., all the participants returned to the west campus safely.

According to information that there are five docking negotiation areas set up at the event site, including provincial public institutions docking negotiation area, provincial state-owned enterprises docking negotiation area, health docking negotiation area, and provincial city docking negotiation area. A total of 1560 employers were recruited, including 566 public institutions and 994 enterprises. A total of 51868 recruitment posts were provided by various employers.
