In order to strengthen the fire safety education, further standardize the dormitory management system, improve the dormitory health conditions, and create a safe, clean and civilized dormitory environment, every class of Software College held the theme class meeting of "winter fire safety dormitory safety" on October 27. Two days later, counselors and the class life committee members of all grades carried out a special safety and health inspection activity in the dormitory of the whole college.

In the class meeting, the monitor of each class greatly improved the students' safety awareness by explaining the dormitory safety accident cases, and made the students realize the importance of abiding by the dormitory regulations. Some students said after the class meeting: "Through this theme class meeting I have a clearer understanding of the importance of dormitory safety."

In the dormitory safety inspection, the inspectors carried out a careful inspection on each floor and room by room, mainly checking whether there were disorderly wiring, not paying attention to the dormitory sanitation and illegal use of high-power electrical appliances. Detailed records were made for the problems in each dormitory and timely feedback to the students for rectification.

The holding of the theme class meeting and investigation of potential safety hazards aims to cultivate students' safety awareness, urge students to take safety precautions, and create a healthy, warm, harmonious and civilized dormitory environment for students.
